The subject of the procurement is the supply of equipment, devices, medical devices and accessories necessary for the equipment of the Azuga Orthopaedics and Traumatology Hospital, in order to carry out, under conditions of safety, continuity and efficiency, the activities of diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, medical intervention, sterilisation, recovery and patient transport. The procurement is carried out in the form of a public procurement contract for products, with the main CPV code 33100000-1 – Medical equipment (Rev. 2), and is divided into 28 lots, depending on the nature, destination and functional characteristics of the requested products. The contract will include, as ancillary, all the operations necessary for the delivery and proper use of the products, namely transport, unloading, handling, installation, assembly, placement, configuration, commissioning, functional testing, training of medical and technical personnel, as well as the granting of the warranty and the provision of technical support during the warranty period. These operations are ancillary to the supply of the products and do not constitute autonomous service objects. According to art. 3 lit. n) of Law no. 98/2016, a public procurement contract for products can include, as ancillary, works or operations of placement and installation. The standard documentation for the procurement of products also provides for the inclusion in the contract object of both the products and the ancillary operations necessary for their implementation. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests 5 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
