Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Rahmenvereinbarung über Externe Unterstützungsleistungen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Endnutzer

The Investment Bank of Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) - the central promotional institution of the state with currently 900 employees - is seeking five contractors for the provision of support services in the area of IT infrastructure and end-user in an outsourced and specifically provided environment.

The conclusion of the framework agreement, which is attached to the documents as Annex 1, the agreement on order processing (Annex 2) with the five bidders who meet the minimum criteria and take places 1-5, is intended.

The specific support services required by the IB.SH will be called up within the framework of mini-competitions, taking into account the work and project situation, qualification, availability and daily rate. The design of these individual calls is regulated in the framework agreement Annex 1 (see § 2 of the framework agreement).
