Belgium – Maintenance of information technology software – Désignation d’un intermédiaire pour la gestion, la maintenance et le renouvellement des licences et abonnements SAP

The present contract concerns the appointment of an intermediary for the management, maintenance, renewal and monitoring of the current and future on-premise SAP licences and SAP Cloud subscriptions of the ULiège. The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year and may be renewed 3 times. The present contract does not impose any obligation on the University to acquire, convert or subscribe to a RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ERP or any other SAP Cloud structural offer via the contractor of the present contract. The contractor's tasks relating to RISE with SAP are limited to analysis, advice, contractual preparation, monitoring of deadlines, optimization recommendations and decision support. The University retains the right to launch, at any time, a separate public procurement procedure for the acquisition, negotiation, conversion, subscription or implementation of a RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ERP or any SAP Cloud structural solution, without exclusivity for the contractor of the present contract. The renewal of the present contract does not limit this right.
