Denmark – Cleaning services – Udbud af rengøring til Danmarks Tekniske Universitet

DTU wishes to award two framework agreements for cleaning services at DTU Lyngby Campus and DTU Ballerup Campus, respectively. The framework agreements will run for a period of 6 years. The framework agreements are described in more detail below, and the services are described in the tender documents. Pre-qualification can be requested for one or both framework agreements. Bidders can only submit bids for the framework agreements for which the bidder is pre-qualified. For each of the framework agreements, bids must be submitted for the total service, including additional tasks. DTU has chosen not to divide the two framework agreements into further sub-lots. This is primarily because it would be too difficult for DTU to administer, and the economic advantage of having the services combined would disappear.

Framework Agreement 1

The framework agreement concerns the performance of cleaning services at DTU Lyngby. The main address is Anker Engelunds Vej 1, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby. DTU Lyngby consists – in addition to park/planting, roads and parking areas – of a number of buildings of varying size and use. The total weekly cleaning area covered by framework agreement 1 amounts to approx. 769,400 m². The framework agreement includes cleaning of premises used for administration (e.g. offices and dispatch premises), teaching (e.g. auditoriums and group rooms), research (workshops, cleanroom facilities, laboratories (including classified)) and common areas (e.g. toilets, corridors, staircases, entrances, canteen, kitchens and meeting rooms). A more detailed description of the task is given in the tender documents. The expected turnover for framework agreement 1 is 45 million DKK per year. The expected turnover for the entire contract period is therefore 270 million DKK. The turnover is calculated on the basis of DTU’s previous consumption of cleaning services and the expected future consumption at DTU Lyngby Campus. Framework Agreement 2

The framework agreement concerns the performance of cleaning services at DTU Ballerup. The main address is Lautrupvang 15, 2750 Ballerup. DTU Ballerup consists – in addition to park/planting, roads and parking areas – of a number of buildings of varying size and use. The total weekly cleaning area covered by framework agreement 2 amounts to approx. 132,218 m². The framework agreement includes cleaning of premises used for administration (e.g. offices and dispatch premises), teaching (e.g. auditoriums and group rooms), research (e.g. workshops) and common areas (e.g. toilets, corridors, staircases, entrances, canteen, kitchens and meeting rooms). A more detailed description of the task is given in the tender documents. The expected turnover for framework agreement 2 is 6 million DKK per year. The expected turnover for the entire contract period is therefore 36 million DKK. The turnover is calculated on the basis of DTU’s previous consumption of cleaning services and the expected future consumption at DTU Ballerup Campus.
