The City of Oelde intends to award the timber construction and facade works for the renovation and extension of the Albert-Schweitzer-Schule within the framework of an open procedure. The two-storey school building with a basement was built in 1956 as a single-wing corridor school in solid construction, with an intermediate building with access tract in 2007. The school grounds are fenced all around with palisade fence elements and construction fence elements. The school building is set back from the public road "Zur Axt" and is accessed via an access road in the form of a turning circle. Exclusively for the construction operation, the direction of access in the turning circle will be temporarily changed by the construction site setup.
