France – Construction work – REHABILITATION THERMIQUE ET REINTERPRETATION ARTISTIQUE DES FAÇADES DES TOURS AILLAUD - NANTERRE

The project involves the renovation of the thermal envelope of the Nuages towers in Nanterre to achieve BBC Effinergie Rénovation thermal performance. The works concern, in particular: - External insulation on existing concrete walls covered with mosaics with the presence of asbestos. - Replacement of single-glazed joinery with double-glazed pivoting joinery with thermal break; - Metal cladding: the stainless steel skin is made from a set of stainless steel elements and colour variations which, when combined, provide the architectural project's signature and the artistic project. - Insulation and waterproofing refurbishment of the roof terraces. The award of the future works contract will be carried out with an experimental technical notice (ATEX).
