Renting of 30 multifunctional devices for photocopying, printing and scanning documents. The contract, in addition to the renting of the multifunctional devices, will include the initial installation of the devices at the indicated locations, the supply of toner and the preventive and corrective maintenance of the machines: supply and replacement of faulty parts as well as the travel and labour necessary for any of the above operations. Basic user training: For the correct use of the devices and their basic functionalities. This training will be carried out in each department or building where a device has been installed. Technical training: For advanced configurations and monitoring of the devices. This training will be aimed at the technicians of the IT department of the Municipality. In addition, the tenderer must provide an electronic user manual for the supplied devices. See clause first of the PCAP
