Poland – Cleaning services – Usługa kompleksowego sprzątania w Zakładach Opiekuńczo-Leczniczych wchodzących w skład Stołecznego Centrum Opiekuńczo-Leczniczego Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive cleaning in the Care and Treatment Facilities forming part of Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the SWZ and in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract, in Annex 4 to the SWZ - Draft contractual provisions and in Annex 11 to the SWZ - List of tools. The contracting authority has divided the contract into 3 Tasks, which include: Task 1 - Comprehensive cleaning service for premises in the Care and Treatment Facility at ul. Mehoffera 72/74 in Warsaw, forming part of Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. z o.o.; Task 2 - Comprehensive cleaning service for premises in the Care and Treatment Facility at ul. Olchy 8 in Warsaw, forming part of Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. z o.o.; Task 3 - Comprehensive cleaning service for premises in the Geriatric Medical Centre at Al. Wilanowskiej 257 in Warsaw, forming part of Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. z o.o. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure, in accordance with point 4.17 of the SWZ, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted or are insufficient to cover the contract, taking into account point 13 of the SWZ – Cost of preparing the offer, i.e. contractors bear all the costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer. The contracting authority does not envisage the reimbursement of participation costs.
