Poland – Furniture – Dostawa wraz z montażem mebli biurowych oraz innego wyposażenia do budynku administracyjno-biurowego Nadleśnictwa Karwin.

The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery (transport, unloading, carrying, and placement) and complete assembly of the following equipment: 1) office furniture, 2) a multimedia system for the conference room, 3) white goods for kitchen annexes, 4) internal window blinds. 2. Assembly shall mean the installation of complete and ready-to-use furniture and equipment, taking into account their adaptation to the rooms in which they will be used and to the elements located in these rooms, as well as the assembly (installation and connection) of white goods or equipment related to the furniture. The assembly will also involve setting up, stabilizing, properly securing (according to the building's structure), and leveling the individual elements that make up the subject of the contract. 3. The contractor will deliver the subject of the contract by their own transport, at their own cost and risk, to the rooms indicated by the Purchaser in the new administrative-office building of the Purchaser, located at: ul. 11 Listopada 15, 66-530 Drezdenko. 4. The equipment must be factory new (year of manufacture minimum 2025), free from legal and physical defects, and have the necessary certificates and certificates (or other equivalent documents). 5. The scope of the contract includes the delivery and assembly of furniture, including metal furniture and custom-made furniture, to office rooms, the conference room, the educational room, the secretariat, the hall, the archive room, storage rooms, social rooms, and other rooms, as well as the assembly of the multimedia system in the conference room, white goods in the furniture units of the kitchen annexes, and internal window blinds in the conference room, office rooms, kitchen annexes, and other technical rooms. 6. The detailed description, including the quantities and dimensions of the individual items of furniture and equipment that make up the subject of the contract, as well as their technical specifications, are described in: 1) the Arrangement Project - constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, 2) the Product and Price Form - constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. In the case of upholstered furniture, described in detail in the technical description to the Arrangement Project, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (Section 4 - pages 44 to 52), the Purchaser allows a maximum dimensional tolerance threshold for chairs, armchairs, and sofas of +/- 2%. The product images included in the Arrangement Project are for illustrative and exemplary purposes only. 7. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the SWZ, the documentation indicated in point 6. above, and other applicable regulations and standards, as well as in accordance with technical knowledge and OHS regulations, and the delivered equipment must be fully functional and meet the quality and technical standards resulting from the function and purpose. 8. The contractor will be obliged to provide the Purchaser with documents confirming the compliance of the offered deliveries with the standards, described in detail in the Arrangement Project, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The certificates and certificates must be issued by an independent entity authorized to issue this type of document. The deadline for submitting the documentation referred to in the previous sentence is specified in the contract template for the public procurement, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 9. The Purchaser requires a quality guarantee for the completed subject of the contract for a period of at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract documented in the Final Acceptance Protocol. The contractor may declare an extension of this period, which constitutes an off-price criterion for evaluating offers, described in detail in the SWZ. The contractor's liability for defects under the warranty is extended to a period equal to the period of the quality guarantee granted. 10. The contractor has the obligation, before ordering the equipment, to carry out a verification measurement of the rooms, and in the event of measurement differences in a given room, the contractor has the obligation to make a workshop drawing taking into account these deviations and to agree it with the Purchaser. 11. The contractor is obliged to the Purchaser to cover all damages caused by him on the site during the implementation of the subject of the contract. 12. The Purchaser does not specify requirements related to the implementation of the contract in terms of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of the implementation of the contract, as referred to in Article 95 of the PZP. 13. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of a site visit by the Contractors at the delivery site, i.e. in the new administrative-office building of the Purchaser, ul. 11 Listopada 15, 66-530 Drezdenko. The site visit will take place on two dates: 1) on 03.07.2026 at 10:00, 2) on 10.07.2026 at 10:00. Participation in the site visit is not mandatory. The conduct of the site visit is not a necessary condition for submitting an Offer in the procedure. During the site visit, the Purchaser will not provide explanations regarding the content of the SWZ. The estimated value of the contract is the sum of the basic contract and the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PZP, amounting to 20% of the basic contract.
