France – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – RELANCE DE L'ACCORD - CADRE DE PRESTATIONS DE COMPTAGE ET D'ETUDES DE DEPLACEMENTS TOUS MODES DE LA VILLE D'AIX EN PROVENCE (2 LOTS)

This is a restart following the unsuccessful outcome of the previous consultation. Competent in this field, the Ville d'Aix-en-Provence manages the hierarchy of all modes of transport on its territory. To do this, the Ville relies, on the one hand, on the collection of pedestrian, cyclist (and other EDPM) and motor vehicle flow data (public transport, private vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, motorcycles) to establish a snapshot of the situation (diagnosis) or to assess the impact of a development, for example; and, on the other hand, on studies of traffic plans, intersection design, etc., to address the various challenges of sharing public space in terms of mobility. The present contract therefore aims to carry out urban mobility surveys and specific studies, at all scales, from the intersection to the city. This contract includes 2 lots. - The 1st lot, relating to surveys/counts, aims to collect flow data, snapshots, diagnoses and evaluations of the developments carried out, - And the 2nd lot, relating to studies, aims to think about the design of developments in order to secure modes of transport. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The contract provides for an inclusion clause: - Lot 1 - Collection/counting of all-mode flow data: 100 hours/year - Lot 2 - Traffic and intersection design studies of all types; implementation of traffic light programming: 50 hours/year or 3 weeks of internship per year.
