The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand-new, specialist vehicle for the removal of liquid waste and the cleaning of sewers with a recycling system, along with the required equipment and documentation, in accordance with the requirements specified in this SWZ, in particular in the Subject of Contract Description (SCD), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, and on the terms specified in the draft contract clauses, which are Annex 6 to the SWZ.
