France – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – ETUDES POUR RESEAUX D'ELECTRIFICATION, DE RACCORDEMENT ELECTRIQUES ET ECLAIRAGE PUBLIC

A framework agreement governed by the provisions set out in Article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) has been established between:

• Régie d'Electricité de Thônes (RET) 8, voie Eugène Fournier Bidoz BP 30 74230 Thônes

• SEML Energie et Services de Seyssel (ESS) 23 avenue Borcier 74910 SEYSSEL

The RET has been designated as the coordinator of the framework agreement. It is mandated to award, sign and notify the contract, on behalf of and for the account of all members of the framework agreement: only one contract will be established for the two above-mentioned companies. Each member of the framework agreement is then responsible for the execution of the contract for its own account. Each member of the framework agreement is referred to hereinafter as "The Groupement".

The present contract concerns the carrying out of studies relating to the following works:

• HTA/BT extension, connection to the public BT distribution network

• BT undergrounding

• BT reinforcement

• HTA/BT network securing, reconfiguration

• Master plan, moving of works

• Renewal and construction of public lighting networks

• Undergrounding of telecommunications networks

• Construction of public electricity distribution substations

• Sizing of overhead supports

• HTA/BT substation location

• In-depth public lighting study

The services are distributed across all 50 communes served by The Groupement, namely:
