Cleaning of the municipal buildings of the City of Asnières-sur-Seine. It also includes glass surface cleaning services. - Lot 1: Cleaning and maintenance of administrative buildings and gymnasiums. - Lot 2: Cleaning and maintenance of schools and early childhood facilities. The contract is launched at mixed prices. It consists of an annual lump sum executed on the basis of the DPGF. It also consists of a call-off part executed on the basis of the schedule of unit prices, as the need arises within the annual limits set out below: Lot 1 no annual minimum, annual maximum of 60 000EurosHT/Lot 2 no annual minimum, annual maximum of 80 000EurosHT. The initial duration of the contract is 12 months. It may be renewed 3 times for the same duration.
