For the performance of its legal tasks in the field of geo-information — including the maintenance of the Large-scale Topography Base Registry (BGT) and the Base Registry of Addresses and Buildings (BAG) — as well as for supervision, enforcement, permitting and integral management of public space, the municipality uses current 360-degree image material. This image material enables employees to inspect, measure and update objects in the public space remotely, significantly reducing the number of physical field visits and increasing the quality and speed of data capture. With this tender procedure, the municipality of Haarlemmermeer (hereinafter also referred to as the 'contracting authority') intends to select one party for the execution of the annual acquisition of 360-degree image material of the entire municipal territory, the hosting and provision of the images via a web-based viewer (SaaS), and the integration of the images into the existing geo-information systems. The territory of the municipality of Haarlemmermeer consists of approximately 206 km2 and 785 km of roads (provincial, water board and municipal roads).
