Global performance contract for the restructuring of the Paul-Langevin school complex and the reconstruction of the crèche du Moutier in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93400). The present consultation concerns a global performance contract (MGP). This contract combines in a single agreement the services of design, construction, and operation-maintenance, in order to meet quantified performance objectives for energy and technical performance over the duration of the contract. The present contract concerns the upgrading of the Paul-Langevin school complex site located at 5 rue du Docteur Léonce Basset in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93400), within the perimeter of the New National Urban Renewal Programme (NPNRU) of the Vieux Saint-Ouen district.
