Name of the contract: „Arrangement and execution of tourist routes in the undergrounds of Sztolni Królowa Luiza” Basic information: The contract concerns the arrangement and execution of tourist routes in the undergrounds of Sztolni Królowa Luiza. Within one complex of underground works, it is planned to put into use two tourist routes. The route dedicated to the elements will be fully modernized and upgraded, while the historical-themed route will be a new product. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obligated to complete two full tourist routes, which include arrangement elements (scenography, structures, etc.), AV equipment, lighting, multimedia content, as well as multimedia installations and Ethernet networks. The descriptions of the subject of the contract are contained in 3 design documents: 1. Concept and design of a new underground exhibition dedicated to the elements, created on the basis of tourist routes in Sztolni Królowa Luiza along with attachments. Note: Attachment No. 2 to the concept and design contains an update of the minimum technical parameter specifications – replaces the content of project pages 33-46. 2. Concept and design of a new underground exhibition with a historical theme created on the basis of tourist routes in Sztolni Królowa Luiza. Note: Attachment No. 2 to the concept and design contains an update of the minimum technical parameter specifications – replaces the content of project pages 41-46, in the scope of minimum technical parameter specifications. 3. Execution of the installation project as part of the newly designed tourist routes located in Sztolni Królowa Luiza in the Muzeum Górnictwa Węglowego in Zabrze Scope of the present task does not include: AD.1.1 The procedure excludes Station 15 Obwał AD.1.2 The procedure excludes the realization of content for Stations 17 and 18. The complete musical composition will be handed over for the realization of stations after signing the contract with the Contractor. Location The subject of the contract will be realized in the underground works of Sztolni Królowa Luiza, i.e. historical objects of the Main Key Heritage Gallery and the Królowa Luiza Mine in Zabrze. Entrances to the works from the side of ul. Wolności 410, Mochnackiego 12, K. Miarki 8 (access from the waterway side). The works are located at a depth of 0 to -40 meters. Atmospheric conditions in the works may vary slightly: 1. Królowa Luiza Mine works at ul. Mochnackiego 12 a. High dustiness b. Temperature fluctuating within 11°C -16°C c. Air humidity within 77% 2. Execution of the installation project as part of the newly designed tourist routes located in Sztolni Królowa Luiza in the Muzeum Górnictwa Węglowego in Zabrze – Attachment No. 3 to OPZ 4. Execution of installations as part of the newly designed tourist routes located in Sztolni Królowa Luiza in the Muzeum Górnictwa Węglowego in Zabrze (electrical industry) – project implemented by a separate procedure - Attachment No. 4 to OPZ 5. Telecommunications network existing status - The existing Ethernet installation in the Główna Kluczowa Sztolnia Dziedziczna is built on single-mode fiber optic cables and computer twisted pair S/FTP. The main skeleton of the cable network is based on fiber optic cables. Connections between the server room and individual server cabinets (SI) are made with 24J fiber optic cable, while connections between multimedia devices with S/FTP OUT DOOR type cable. Diagram 2-05 - SI cabinets cameras sensors, wi-fi part 4 When implementing the contract, it is necessary to take into account the requirements of accessibility for people with disabilities in accordance with the document Standards of accessibility for the cohesion policy 2021-2027. In the scope of construction works, the Contractor is obligated to fulfill the duties: 1) the obligation to equip mobile machines not moving on roads (i.e. construction machines – excavators, loaders, bulldozers, etc.) with a power output above 18 kW with a particulate filter 2) the obligation to clean wet (by the contractor of the ordered contract) streets and the area around the construction site, which are contaminated as a result of the construction 3) watering of stockpiles of bulk materials in the non-rainy period 4) the use of stations for removing soil or mud from the wheels of heavy equipment leaving the construction site 5) the use of covering when transporting dusty materials.
