France – Roadworks – Travaux d'entretien, d'aménagement, de réfection et d'amélioration des chaussées des rues départementales

The contract covers maintenance, improvement, resurfacing and enhancement works for the roads of the Seine-Saint-Denis department. Emergency interventions and structural requalification operations are also planned in the present framework agreement. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.). In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the present framework agreement is divided into two geographical lots: - Lot No. 1: Northern Territory; - Lot No. 2: Southern Territory. This is a mixed framework agreement with order forms and subsequent contracts with a multi-award minimum and maximum for works for a period of 4 years. - Lot 1: Northern Territory: 4 maximum award winners (subject to a sufficient number of applications and satisfactory offers meeting the conditions of the contract). - Lot 2: Southern Territory: 3 maximum award winners (subject to a sufficient number of applications and satisfactory offers meeting the conditions of the contract).
