The purpose of the present public procurement is to conclude a contract and select an executor possessing the necessary technical capabilities, experience and qualification in the subject matter, to whom the implementation of the activities falling within the scope, in full extent and in full compliance with the requirements and conditions of the Contracting Authority, as set out in the present Technical Specification, will be entrusted. The purpose of the present public procurement is to expand the computing capacity of the virtualization infrastructure of the National Statistical Institute (NSI), by delivering additional servers and licenses, integrated with the existing virtualization and data backup infrastructure. The deadline for receipt of tenders is shortened pursuant to Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority indicates that it will avail itself of the possibility, provided for in Article 104, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, to assess the technical and price proposals of the participants before examining the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The selected executor presents a guarantee, securing the performance of the contract in the amount of 10% (ten per cent) of its value excluding VAT.
