France – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – Prestations de mise à disposition de personnel intérimaire pour le compte du Centre Départemental Enfance Familles (CDEF)

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The CDEF provides reception, observation and guidance missions within the framework of the departmental emergency reception system for any child in danger or at risk of being so, requiring separation from their family environment. Its structures may face temporary staffing needs in order to ensure continuity in the care of children, in compliance with the regulatory framework, they are obliged to recruit temporary staff. The CDEF also responds to the needs of accommodating children in complex situations, who cannot be housed in collective units and who require an enhanced supervision ratio.
