Part of this tender is the implementation of largely independently performed maintenance measures in the clearance zone of the 380-/220-/110-kV overhead power lines of TenneT TSO GmbH in the area of responsibility of the Lehrte and Bayreuth control centres. The maintenance measures include the inspection and recording of vegetation growth on approximately 711.40 km of overhead power line, divided into 3 lots: - Lot 1: Weser-Ems region, approximately 377.03 km - Lot 2: Region 12 Upper Palatinate West/Nuremberg-Ingolstadt, approximately 228.91 km - Lot 3: Region 13 Nuremberg/Schwandorf, approximately 105.46 km for the period from approximately 01.07.2026 - 30.06.2031 and according to the documents provided for download. You can apply for all lots or for individual lots only. The award is made on a lot-by-lot basis using the published award criteria. You will gain access to the tender documents after signing the enclosed confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality Agreement / NDA To protect the confidentiality of the contracting authority's information in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement is concluded. Please use the document "Two-sided Confidentiality Agreement" provided for download and send the signed copy via email to [email protected]. Bidders are permitted to submit signed confidentiality agreements to the contracting authority at any time during the application process. The contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents after a plausibility check has been carried out. From this, the bidder cannot yet infer that the contracting authority has certified the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tendering procedure. With regard to this, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to submit tenders to the bidders admitted to the tendering procedure after the application deadline has expired.
