France – Software package and information systems – ACQUISITION DE LICENCES ET DE PRESTATIONS GOOGLE WORKSPACE POUR LA CMAR PACA

This framework agreement concerns the acquisition and renewal of Google Workspace Licences, as well as the associated support services. Since 2016, the Google Workspace collaborative suite has been used by the staff, elected officials, and apprentices of the Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat de Région PACA. The licences must be renewed for the following two (2) domains: 1) cmar-paca.fr 2) urma-paca.fr. The expected services are described in the CCTP and the BPU attached to the DCE. The present framework agreement is awarded through a formalised procedure. It is an open tender in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. The services will be the subject of a single-source framework agreement, executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and a financial maximum. Purchase orders may be issued until the expiry of the framework agreement.
