Bulgaria – Medical consumables – „ПЕРИОДИЧНИ ДОСТАВКИ НА СПЕЦИФИЧНИ МЕДИЦИНСКИ КОНСУМАТИВИ ЗА НУЖДИТЕ НА „УМБАЛ – БУРГАС” АД”

The subject of the contract is the periodic delivery of specific medical consumables required for the operation of "UMBAL - Burgas" AD. The quantities indicated are forecast and do not oblige the contracting authority to purchase them in full. The specific deliveries are determined by the needs of the medical institution with requests to the contractor. The full description of the subject of the contract and the respective medical consumables, included in the notice for the opening of the procedure for the award of the present public contract, are detailed by type, quantity and unit of measure in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.

1.2. Technical Specification

The medical consumables offered by the participants must meet the requirements set out in the Technical Specification, the BDS, as well as international standards and the Law on Medical Devices. They must be accompanied by a CE marking or declaration of conformity for products for which a quality certificate is not applicable according to Directive 93/42/EEC.

The shelf life of the offered consumables must not be less than 75% by the date of delivery. Provided that the technical specification contains a reference to a standard, specification, technical assessment, technical approval or technical template, the same must be read as "or equivalent/s".
