France – Electrical power systems design services – Sous-concession pour l'installation, l'exploitation et la maintenance d'infrastructures de recharge pour véhicules électriques (IRVE) sur les parkings des aéroports de Nice Côte d'Azur et de Cannes-Mandelieu

The company Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur (ACA), concessionaire of Nice Côte d'Azur and Cannes-Mandelieu airports, intends to entrust an economic operator, within the framework of a sub-concession contract, with the financing, design, installation, operation, maintenance and renewal of a network of charging stations for electric vehicles intended to equip the car parks located at the two airports in accordance with the applicable regulations. The sub-concession contract is awarded in accordance with Articles L. 1121-1 and L. 3120-1 of the Public Procurement Code, in accordance with the provisions of the third part of said code relating to concessions. The sub-concessionaire will bear the risk related to the operation of the service, its remuneration being substantially ensured by the revenues received from users.
