The subject of the contract is: the provision of Medical Services in the field of preventive medical examinations (periodic and control) of NCBR Group employees, pre-employment examinations of persons recruited for work, issuing of medical certificates of no health contraindications to work or of health contraindications to work at a specific job position, as well as a doctor's participation in the work of the OH&S Commission and comprehensive, specialist medical care for the employees. The Employer is obliged to provide the employee, at its own expense, with preventive health care, which includes three types of employee examinations: pre-employment, periodic, and control, as well as necessary prophylaxis.

The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) is in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and is an integral part of it.
