Belgium – Agency fuel cards – Fourniture d'énergie pour la mobilité routière, à destination de l'ensemble des véhicules du parc de l'ULiège

- supply the cards and secret codes by 15 January 2027 at the latest to allow the contracting authority to distribute them to users;

- provide access to the card management system by 15 January 2027 at the latest to allow the contracting authority to configure the system;

- activate the cards from 1 February 2027 at midnight, with fuel supply only commencing on that date;

- in case of replacement/renewal, supply the card within 10 calendar days from the order date. The code linked to the card must be supplied, in a separate letter, by the next working day following the day of receipt of the card. The contractor, in the event of contract extension, must renew the cards or extend the validity of the cards, without additional costs.
