The subject of the order are successive deliveries of products and foodstuffs for SP ZOZ Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe MSWiA in Kołobrzeg in the quantities and assortment specified in the assortment-price form, which is Annex 1.1 – 1.9 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract project, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ, and in the description of the subject of the order, which is the assortment-price form, being Annex 1.1 – 1.9 to the SWZ. The subject of the order has been divided into 9 parts ("tasks"): Task 1 – delivery of fresh, frozen, salted and smoked fish; Task 2 – delivery of seasonal vegetables and fruits; Task 3 – delivery of all-year-round vegetables and fruits; Task 4 – delivery of dairy and its products; Task 5 – delivery of pork and pork products; Task 6 – delivery of fresh poultry and poultry products; Task 7 – delivery of various foodstuffs; Task 8 – delivery of frozen food; Task 9 – delivery of eggs.
