1. The subject of the contract is the supply and transfer of ownership to the Contracting Authority of disks, network cards and QSFP modules for the servers owned by the Contracting Authority, in the type and quantity specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, along with the provision or guarantee by the Contractor of a guarantee and the provision or guarantee of warranty service within its scope. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
