Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of robust, mobile devices from Panasonic, including original accessories. The service "Workplace Equipment" is provided by a Dataport service provider, the so-called Multiple Supplier Integrator (MLI). An OLA must be concluded with the MLI, which includes the delivery and procurement of the hardware via the MLI. The contract period of the framework agreement begins with the award, but no earlier than 01.01.2027. The framework agreement has a duration of one year. After the expiry of the minimum contract period, this framework agreement is automatically extended, but at most once, for a further period of one year (“extension period”), unless the contracting authority terminates the framework agreement in writing with a notice period of three months before the expiry of the minimum contract period. The contract ends at the latest after the expiry of two years, without the need for a special termination. The tendering procedure is carried out by Dataport to cover its own and customers' requirements. The maximum value to be indicated in the EU notice for framework agreements is 150% of the awarded contract value. This means that the contracting authority will call off services from this framework contract up to a maximum value of 150% of the total tender sum.
