Framework agreement "Repair, maintenance and refurbishment of radio communication equipment (2027-2030)", under which the maintainability and capability enhancement of various radio communication devices and systems operated and used by the mission organisations of the Hungarian Defence Forces, their offered sub-units, and other military organisations is necessary.

Planned annual use of the framework amount:

2027: net 787.401.575,- Ft; gross 1.000.000.000,- Ft up to the framework amount

2028: net 905.511.811,- Ft; gross 1.150.000.000,- Ft up to the framework amount

2029: net 1.023.622.047,- Ft; gross 1.300.000.000,- Ft up to the framework amount

2030: net 1.181.102.362,- Ft; gross 1.500.000.000,- Ft up to the framework amount

The Inviting Entity undertakes a commitment to use 50% of the framework amount. No claim may be made against the Inviting Entity by a Tenderer if the framework amount is not fully drawn down.
