Germany – Engineering services – Projektmanagementleistungen für eine Östliche Umfahrung Buchholz i. d. N. (Neubau einer Kreisstraße von der K 28 nördlich Reindorfer Weg bis K 13 nördlich Buenser Weg)

The Landkreis Harburg intends to implement a bypass as a new district road in Buchholz i. d. N. (eastern bypass). Necessary planning services, with the exception of the faunal planning area analysis, have not yet been commissioned. The Landkreis would like to be supported by an external project manager throughout the complex planning process up to the required plan approval decision. The project management services will be tendered in the framework of an EU-wide negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue, based on the results of a feasibility study for the eastern bypass.
