The District of Plön plans to build a new five-track grammar school on the property "Am Krischansbarg" in the municipality of Heikendorf. The building site, which is close to the current location, will be available. The available site area is approximately 21,000 m². The buildings are expected to have a total gross floor area of approximately 13,905 m². The subject of the contract to be tendered includes all planning and construction services using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) planning method for the turnkey construction of the Heinrich-Heine-Schule in Heikendorf, as well as the entire project management and construction management, including coordination services, the overall BIM coordination, and the construction interim financing and commissioning and maintenance services.
