Romania – Road construction works – Modernizări străzi în municipiul Galați, Etapa I – proiectare și execuție

The Municipality of Galați wishes to award the design and construction contract for the project "Modernization of Streets in the Municipality of Galați, Phase I". The streets included in this first phase are: - str. Căpitan Vasile Panu; - str. Libertății; - str. Silfidelor; - str. Serii. The estimated value of the contract is 13,968,449 lei excluding VAT, as follows: • for Design 365,000.00 lei excluding VAT, namely: Cap. 3.5.5. Technical quality verification of the technical project and execution details: 50,000 lei Cap. 3.5.6. Technical project and execution details: 300,000 lei Cap. 3.8.1. Technical assistance from the designer: 15,000 lei. • for Execution 13,603,449 lei excluding VAT, namely: Cap. 1. Territory arrangement costs: 113,160 lei Cap. 4. Basic investment costs: 13,440,289 lei Cap. 5.1. Site organization: 50,000 lei. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is: - 30 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the participation notice for the first deadline; - 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the participation notice for the second deadline. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification/ additional information regarding the award documentation in two deadlines, as follows: - the first deadline in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 23rd day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; - the second deadline in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the participation notice.
