Germany – Software supply services – Beschaffung eines IT Service Management Systems (ITSM)

Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, intends to procure and implement a modern, standard-compliant, and future-proof ITSM/ESM platform as a successor solution for the existing ITSM landscape. The new platform is intended to sustainably support the digitalisation of the Charité's service processes, enable a high degree of automation, and lay the foundation for a long-term scalable and integrated service organisation.
