France – Engineering services – Accord cadre pour la réalisation de missions de MOE infrastructure, équipements électriques et balisage

This tender procedure concerns the award of a framework agreement with order forms and subsequent contracts, multi-procurement (maximum 3 procurers), for the implementation of design and works supervision missions for infrastructure, electrical equipment and airport lighting for all the platforms of the ADP Group. Non-exclusive, with a maximum duration of 8 years (3+1+1+1+1+1), this framework agreement will result in order forms and/or subsequent contracts according to the following award rules:

•BELOW THE FINANCIAL THRESHOLD OF 100 000€, the award of order forms will be made without competition between the 3 procurers. These order forms will cover specific, precise and small-scale design and works supervision missions. The procurer selected in this context will be the one whose technical proposal best meets the nature of the services requested.

•ABOVE OR EQUAL TO THE FINANCIAL THRESHOLD OF 100 000 euros, the 3 procurers will be put in competition for the award of order forms or subsequent contracts. The design and works supervision missions subject to competition cover services or parts of services defined by a specific tender dossier. Depending on the complexity of the mission, Aéroports de Paris may decide to award either order forms for missions considered less complex, or subsequent contracts for missions considered complex. No division into tranches is planned. No division into lots is planned.
