The total minimum value of the framework agreement for the 4 lots is 106,090.05 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of a subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement is: Lot No. 1 - The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 80,759.65 lei - The total maximum value of the subsequent contract is 2,562,506.50 lei excluding VAT, participation guarantee 23,062.56 lei. Lot No. 2 - The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 7,130.40 lei - The total maximum value of the subsequent contract is 236,000.00 lei excluding VAT, participation guarantee 2,124.00 lei. Lot No. 3 - The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 4,100.00 lei - The total maximum value of the subsequent contract is 263,250.00 lei excluding VAT, participation guarantee 2,369.25 lei. Lot No. 4 - The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 14,100.00 lei - The total maximum value of the subsequent contract is 280,800.00 lei excluding VAT, participation guarantee 2,527.20 lei. Number of days until requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 15. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information that have been addressed within the period provided in the notice of participation, 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications.
