The contract concerns the execution of roadworks and diversified networks, public lighting, and landscaping works necessary for the development of the surroundings of plots RD3-5-10 and RD 199 Est in the ZAC des Hauts de Nesles at CHAMPS-SUR-MARNE (77). The present operation includes the creation of public spaces within the project area, namely: - The creation of the access road for future plots; - The restructuring of RD199, along its entire route between the Champs « centre » exit and the modified junction of RD199 Ouest.
