For the Christmas/Easter holidays, the Municipality of Galați intends to rent equipment and festive lighting installations to be mounted on the main traffic arteries in the municipality and in areas of public interest (parks, esplanades, roundabouts). The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement is 1,892,079.79 lei without VAT for 1 year (2026-2027). The estimated total value of the framework agreement is between: 141,769.65 lei without VAT and 1,892,079.79 lei without VAT. Minimum framework agreement value = 141,769.65 lei without VAT, Maximum framework agreement value = 1,892,079.79 lei without VAT. Frequency of awarding subsequent contracts: Subsequent contracts will be concluded depending on the needs of the purchaser and the funds allocated for this purpose. The estimated value of the subsequent contracts to be awarded: 15,627.24 lei without VAT – 1,258,483.31 lei without VAT. The value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded is 1,258,483.31 lei without VAT. Minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement: those provided for in the Terms of Reference. In accordance with the provisions set out in Section I.3, the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 and Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/information in relation to the award documentation in two deadlines as follows: the first deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 23rd day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; the second deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is: the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the invitation to participate.
