France – Infrastructure works consultancy services – Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre - Aménagement du parc Marco Polo

The present consultation concerns the selection of the project management team responsible for the studies and supervision of the works for the development of the park known as « Marco Polo », in the ZAC Paris Carnot in Massy (91300). The scope of this mission includes part of the land that the company Ginkgo will transfer to Paris Sud Aménagement and another part already owned by Paris Sud Aménagement (approximately 1 Ha), as well as part of the rue du Chemin des Femmes, the extension of the rue Paul Emile Victor to the avenue Carnot and the small square located north of the land. The main objective is to develop an additional park for the Atlantis district, thus offering a large area of vegetation and new uses adapted to adults and children. To ensure a controlled intervention on the park, it is essential that the project management team proposes the most relevant orientations and transcends the constraints of the site, a large part of which will be located on an underground car park. The consultation covers 2 areas: - Area 1, known as the « reflection » area: the footprint of the future park and its surroundings; the small square located on the other side of the avenue Carnot, the rue du Chemin des Femmes, the rue Paul Emile Victor and its extension to the avenue Carnot. - Area 2, known as the « implementation » area: the footprint of the future park.
