Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Dornase alfa, ATC R05CB13 für die Zeit 01.07.2026 - 30.06.2028

Section 130a, paragraph 8, of the German Social Code Book V (SGB V) allows health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance companies. With regard to the applicable legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-specific, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the German Competition Act (GWB). For the medicines to be specified by the bidder in Annex 2 to the contract, for the aforementioned substance dornase alfa, ATC R05CB13, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude medicine rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until the entry into force of new medicine rebate contracts. A rebate contract under the approval model for the aforementioned substance will come into force for the first time on 01.07.2026 and will end on 30.06.2028. It will automatically end, regardless, with the entry into force of the exclusive contract.
