The services are settled by lump sums. Missions of ordering and coordination - Inter-site management for the rehabilitation operation of Saint Vaast (creation of a hotel complex, restoration of a museum and a media library). To meet these objectives, the relevance and depth of the links maintained between the museum and the media libraries and the future hotel complex are essential. The coordination between the different contracting authorities and project managers is a major challenge. In this regard, the coordinating pilot (OPC IC) is in charge of a mission of planning, management and coordination of all the sites under different contracting authorities for the rehabilitation of the Abbey St Vaast, associated buildings and infrastructure. This mission is carried out in total independence from the appointed project managers.
