The procurement aims to meet Uppsala University's needs for sandwiches, salads, finger food, large and small buffets, as well as à la carte lunches and à la carte dinners for meetings, conferences, academic events, and celebrations, etc. The procurement is divided into three areas: Coffee and bakery items, Salads and sandwiches, and Buffets and à la carte. Deliveries will primarily be made to the university's campus areas and other locations in Uppsala.
