Poland – Park and playground equipment – Dostawa i montaż urządzeń wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu dla zadania: "Budowa placu zabaw wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu” przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 11 przy ul. Janusza Korczaka 34 w Elblągu

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment and works related to the development of the area on a playground located on the premises of Szkoła Podstawowa nr 11 at ul. Janusza Korczaka 34 in Elbląg, on plot no. 66/2, cadastral district 4. The main place of delivery and performance of the works: Szkoła Podstawowa nr 11, ul. Janusza Korczaka 34, 82-300 Elbląg Plot no. 66/2, cadastral district 4

2. The scope of the contract includes the following works:

1) Preparatory works for the development of the area:

a) dismantling and removal of equipment from the playground as indicated in the project documentation,

b) tidying and preparation of the area,

c) earthworks for levelling the area.

2) Supply and installation of playground equipment:

a) playground equipment:

 large play set – field horse – 1 unit

 inclusive carousel – 1 unit

 stork's nest swing – 1 unit

 trampoline – 3 units

 educational panel – 1 unit

 xylophone panel – 1 unit

 double swing – 2 units

 "taran" type swing – 1 unit

 sandpit with sand – 1 unit

 weighing swing – 1 unit

 spring bouncer – 2 units

 slide set – 1 unit

 football goal – 2 units

b) small architecture elements:

 shading sail – 1 unit

 bench with backrest – 6 units

 park waste bin – 2 units

 information board with usage regulations 1 unit (board with dimensions 500 mm x 700 mm with readable text along the longer side).

3) Execution of safe surfaces in the required places on the playground area according to the project documentation and the manufacturer's safety requirements:

a) paved pedestrian surface with concrete edging,

b) pedestrian surface with crushed stone (clay-sand, gravel) with granite edging,

c) safe sand surface with rubber edging,

d) safe polyurethane surface with concrete edging covered with an EPDM layer,

e) grass surface (reclamation/sowing).

4) Execution of fencing:

a) panel with posts according to the project documentation,

b) gate for the fence – 1 unit

c) ball stops according to the project documentation.

5) Execution of greenery plantings according to the project documentation – shrub and tree plantings,

6) Finishing and tidying works after completion of the works – levelling the area, clearing, tidying the area, laying turf in places where the existing turf has been damaged and in places provided for in the project documentation.

3. Post-installation inspection (protocol of the certification review of the playground)

4. The completed playground should meet the requirements of standards PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177 or equivalent. Each device must maintain the safety zones indicated by the manufacturer and follow the recommended installation instructions on the playground. After completing the installation of the devices on the playground, the Contractor must ensure that a post-installation inspection is carried out to assess compliance with the relevant parts of the standards PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177 or equivalent. The document from the inspection confirming the compliance of the playground or surface with the standards PN-EN 1176 or 1177 or equivalent must be issued by an independent, certified, specialized, external control unit, which was not directly involved in the installation and is not responsible for any repair works and related costs.

5. The detailed scope of the contract has been defined in the project documentation, which is an appendix to the procedure prepared by mgr inż. arch. Patrycja Zielińska (Oyster Studio Piotr Hoffman, ul. Rakoczego 23/211, 80-288 Gdańsk).
