Germany – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses in Werl Mawicke (Objektplanung)

Subject of this tender is the provision of architectural services for the new construction of the fire station in Werl Mawicke with three vehicle parking spaces. The pilgrimage city of Werl, the Mayor, FB III, Building Regulations and Construction Department, plans to award the contract to a planning office for building planning for this demanding task. The project includes a new building with a planned floor area of approx. 550 m² with one full storey, with an intermediate level for ventilation technology. The building is to be classified as a special structure according to § 50 Landesbauordnung NRW. The implementation includes phases 5 to 8 of the HOAI. A barrier-free, fire protection-compliant fire station with three vehicle parking spaces is planned in Werl Mawicke. The equipment building has a usable area of approximately 550 square meters and is planned in solid construction. The facade is planned as a combination of green sandstone and carbonised wood.
