Germany – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Neubau Kita a.d. Ringstraße

Due to newly designated residential areas in the municipality of Ebersberg and an increased number of children, the demand for childcare places will rise in the coming years. Additionally, a temporary building is required in the short term for the new construction of an existing Catholic kindergarten, for which the new day-care centre is planned. The city of Ebersberg therefore intends to build a new day-care centre at Ringstraße in Ebersberg using a timber modular construction method. The building plot (plot no. 765/1 and 767, municipality of Ebersberg) is located in the immediate vicinity of the natural monument Hupfauer Höhe. The facility is planned for 174 children with 2 nursery groups, 2 kindergarten groups and 4 after-school groups and will be realised in a two-storey building. The building is to be pre-equipped for a later extension with a residential storey. The subject of the contract is the planning as well as the completion of the new building, ready for occupancy and operation, on the basis of a functional performance description. The approval planning and building permit are available. The external facilities (landscape architecture) will be awarded separately, with the exception of provisional measures and electrical installations in the external facilities. The start of execution is planned for January 2027. Occupancy is to be taken up by no later than 10.01.2028.
