The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Ranibizumab. The contract is awarded under the TK's Open-House procedure: individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, and uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 12 months, starting on 01.07.2026. The contract ends no later than 30.06.2027, regardless of the date of contract award. All further information can be found in the tender and contract documents.
