Supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment: hemodynamic measurement set, orthopedic drive, arthroscope with accessories, laparoscopy tower for the needs of the Jelenia Góra Basin Regional Hospital Centre within the task "Purchase of modern medical equipment to improve the quality of medical services provided by the Jelenia Góra Basin Regional Hospital Centre" divided into 4 Lots. Acting under the provisions of Article 257 of the PZP Act, the Purchaser informs that it may invalidate the current tender procedure, if the public funds, which it intended to allocate for the financing of the entire order or part of the order, have not been granted to it. The Purchaser reserves the right to invalidate the procedure under Article 257 of the PZP Act, in the event that public funds allocated for the financing of the entire or part of the order are not granted by the time the public procurement procedure is completed. Contract performance deadline: in accordance with Annex No. 1 – delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment and training of personnel by 10.12.2026. Place of performance: Operating Block, Jelenia Góra Basin Regional Hospital Centre with its seat at ul. Ogińskiego 6 in Jelenia Góra.
