The maintenance work consists of the following tasks: • Pruning tree crowns once every 6 years; • Felling trees; • Grinding stumps and filling resulting holes with soil; • Emergency pruning for calamities; • Possible support for the Buitendienst with pruning ornamental trees (pruning willows, cutting lilacs). Expected volume of the framework agreement: The municipality of Waalwijk expects to purchase services over the entire duration (maximum 4 years) of the framework agreement with an expected total value of €400,000.00. Maximum volume of the framework agreement: The municipality of Waalwijk will purchase services during the duration of the framework agreement, with a maximum total value of €450,000.00. Once the maximum amount is reached, the framework agreement will automatically end. You cannot derive any rights from these values.
