Germany – Document management software development services – Einführung und Betrieb eines Dokumentenmanagementsystems (DMS) für die ELW

The Waste Management Services of the State Capital Wiesbaden (hereinafter referred to as ELW) plans to introduce a central Document Management System (DMS) from the earliest in the 3rd quarter of 2026. The subject of the procurement is the creation of a comprehensive system and the achievement of operational readiness. This includes, in particular, the provision of standard software on a permanent basis, as well as integration and service activities associated with the implementation, such as support in the conception, setup of the software, documentation, training, maintenance, and support. The licenses for the DMS solution will be purchased by ELW (no rental model), installed in their own data center, and operated by ELW themselves (no cloud solution). A framework agreement with an initial term of 4 years, with two extensions of two years each by the contracting authority, is to be tendered (maximum 8 years in total).
