The municipality of Everswinkel, in cooperation with the TEO AöR wastewater company, plans to develop the Nord industrial area in Everswinkel, including the construction of roads and paths as well as the necessary drainage system. The planning area in the north of Everswinkel is located north of the L 793 and west of the K 19 and covers an area of approximately 11.2 ha.
