The contract concerns the long-term rental of vehicles without an option to purchase, including: - The rental of vehicles, with some including the supply and fitting of the SyAGE logo, safety signage and interior fittings. (see technical sheets), - Assistance, maintenance and mechanical repairs, - Technical inspections, - The provision of replacement vehicles, - The supply and replacement of tyres and batteries. The contract does not include washing, fuel (except upon delivery), or insurance in accordance with Articles L211-1 and following of the Insurance Code, which is the subject of a separate contract for SyAGE. Mileage depending on the vehicles according to indications on the technical sheets.
